First the bad news, it's not only expensive, the default renewal fee for the app is the yearly rate ($200) not the monthly rate ($25). Once your trail ends and you enter into a contract, you can't get a refund. So if you only want to try this out for a few months, then you should change your account's renewal from annual to monthly BEFORE your trial runs out.The good news is that the product is top notch. Quality hardware and software. I have a projector in my golf room, so I use the website to follow along. Nice big picture on the wall, which is much more fun that trying to follow along on my tablet. While the subscription price is steep, I’ve found it is worth every penny. The device itself is sturdy and of premium quality. Combine it with the videos and routine and I’m already feeling more flexible in the hips and back. My turn on both the back and downswing is deeper and more fluid. This is translating to a modest gains in yardage but, more importantly, I don’t seem to have the same post round soreness.I imagine once you get a feel for most of the exercises you could forego the subscription, or find videos on YouTube, but I will admit I like the program and goal aspect of the instruction so if you have the budget, it’s worth it. If not, get all you can from the trial period and just continue on without the sub.

I must admit I was a little skeptical at first because of the yearly/monthly membership fee but my swing coach has seen a big difference in my mobility recently. I have felt so much better when it comes to my overall health and wellness! I am an avid golfer, but I must admit this not only assist in my golf preparation, but the work outs gets you going! It came with everything as advertised: Pole, 2 plastic ball weights, Bungee with plastic carabiners on each end, handles for bungee cord, door anchor, bag and cards with QR codes for signing up.I logged into the app and had to give my credit card information and signed up for the app, which I can cancel through the phone app before the 30 days so I don’t get charged the $24.99/month or $199.00/year charge for using the app.The app is well done with a dashboard of your progress and links to your daily workout or the library of videos.
