CAP Barbell Power Racks and Attachments

Love it! Exactly what I needed to get my bumper plates up off the ground. A little shaking because there’s no top cross bar, but just be mindful. It did give more stability overall to the rack. Super easy to assemble! Some mentioned it still “loose” after tightening… the only spot I found like that is the middle part of the upright. Solution, tighten more than you think so the metal cinches down. Highly recommend CAPs products as you can see I have several pieces of their equipment.

great attachment!! makes my home gym feel & look so legit! super easy to get weights on & off, this is def the better option than the single plate holders attachment i tried those first but when you go to bench the weights on the barbell & on the plate holder hit each other so you have to take them all off which defeated the purpose.. so spend the extra on this attachment - it’s worth it!

This set up fit easily and help organize my weights instead of stacking them in the floor lol

I've love my CAP power rack and have gotten much of the accessories available for it, including the safety arms and the pull up attachment. I thought I would try the 6 olympic plates holder to clear up my floor and move my bumper plates to a more accessible area right on the power rack.The problem with the design is that the vertical post is in two pieces, however unlike the power rack itself, the gauge of steel used on the attachment is extremely thin, and has a ridiculous amount of free play. I thought it was because i didn't tighten it enough, but even when I tightened it enough to have a noticeable concave in, the two vertical pieces were still wiggling significantly.Considering that a few hundred pounds were supposed to be supported by this weak structure, I gave up and returned the …

The attachment for the CAP Power Rack 905Q is great. Priced as much as the Power Rack itself! But makes the whole rack more sturdy, stylish and easy to store your plates. Only bummer is you can't use your barbell stand, unless you have a shorter barbell. The other plate holder initially on the rack is also rendered useless. I would still like to use that for smaller plates. But other than that, it's awesome. But it makes me think, maybe I should have just purchased a power cage.
